We are seeking an ENTERPRISING, HARD-WORKING DATA ENTRY CLERK known for accuracy, attention to detail and timeliness in managing different functions for diverse-industry clients. . The ideal candidate will be extremely detailed-oriented, possess a high standard of excellence, and have a professional and resourceful approach to their work. The ideal candidate must be able to prioritize and manage a busy schedule. This role entails a tremendous amount of responsibility and requires the ability to interact confidently with high level executives while exercising sound judgment and confidentiality,you must demonstrate excellent computer skills (Ms Office - Outlook, Word & Excel), excellent communication and organizational skills along with a high level of accuracy.

- Create and maintain files according to established policies and procedures

- Work cooperatively and communicate with various levels of clients and management staff

- Research and problem solve issues pertaining to the data entry department

- Generate reports on an ongoing basis

- Responsible for the auditing of daily operations in compliance to internal controls.

- Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.

- Achieve daily and weekly data processing goals.

- Responsible for the auditing of daily operations in compliance to internal controls.

- Data entry (assisting Acccounting with Excel spreadsheet data entry and following up on orders by phone)
