Create macro for automatic generation of pivot tables and charts

Every 2 weeks we extract excel sheets with a set of performance numbers - see attached examples. I would like to have a master spread sheet where by activating a macro function (that you will build), it automatically "imports" the latest performance numbers from the weekly excel files, creates/updates a pivot table and associated chart. I want the graph chart to display performance over time. I also want a table chart that shows performance of the latest week's numbers compared to the preceding period. The file-naming of the weekly files will be like the examples attached. You will need to build all of the above mentioned functionality: Macro, pivot tables, charts and so on.
