Attached is a pdf document that is a table I want converted to an excel spreadsheet. Pages are numbered but not in order so first resort the pdf file so that they are in order 1,2,3... 34

Then copy it into a spreadsheet. Each column has a heading that changes. These headings need to be copied into the sheet as well. The final product should be a single worksheet with 2 columns.
