Analytic's/Algorithms of US College and NFL football

I am looking for an individual who is highly skilled with computers; specifically in the area of algorithms and analytic's. This project will be on-going if the individual chosen proves to be a consistent winner (56% or higher winning against the point-spread). Bidder must have a general idea about the game of football played on the collegiate level and professionally in the United States. It's QUALITY that I'm looking for not quantity. I am looking for an advantage in pacing sports bets. I'm not looking for 20 games on a typical Thursday-Monday night. The winning bidder will always receive a portion of the profits from the games in which they have computed a clear advantage in betting against the spread. You will not be responsible for any money, you will be on a free-roll, collected if we win, if we lose you lose nothing. You will always have the option to cash-out or press your winnings if you prefer. I will start betting smaller amounts to verify we have a clear-cut advantage, this is not gambling; this is money investment. As I said YOU MUST have a familiarity with the game of football played in the U.S. You must also be able to keep everything confidential if we are successful, the amounts wagered will increase.
