$15-25 AUD / hour

We require a service whereby we can submit audio files (voicemails) typically short in duration (1 to 3 minutes) which need to be transcribed. These are spoken in English/Australian and need to be accurately transcribed using a set simple template (Speaker/Topic/Message). We can deliver audio files direct to an FTP site (either yours or mine). You will need to retrieve the WAV files via FTP and deliver a text file (in the prescribed template/format) via FTP also. There will be between 10 to 50 voicemails a day (2500 to 12500 per year) and we need options regarding response times. We would prefer 24hr turnaround, however would like the option to increase turnaround time, which we would pay extra for. Please indicate your rates, if your round up to the minute and options for quicker turnaround. Ideally we would prefer those specialising in transcibing audio, with an established process. Hello Honestly speaking, we have not worked on audio transcription projects. However, I have many team members who are very fluent in English and we are all the time communicating with clients from all over the world on Phone, Skype etc. We also watch a lot of overseas movies in English. So I see no problem why we cannot deliver successfully on the project. I request you to share the sample file and give us an opportunity.

I can do the job in a timely manner. As to the pricing: within 2-3 days: 0.5$ per minute of audio; within 1 day: 0.75$ per minute of audio and 1.0$ per minute if within 12 hours.
