check and update my old data's and add 50 new contacts

Hi, I have a data list 300. which is need to be check and update email address and contact person name. (before apply job pls find attached excel file) this job posting again because who assign this work not doing properly. the person is collected data's out category which i don't want! i want that these data's should be independent classes ie. not large member only gyms or council run classes. this is what the freelancer not concern this case , he is collected all the data's in private, council run class, classes on gym. your work is check these 300 data's, which is out of category (council run class, classes on gym. etc) also need to be find email id and contact person name. my data list contain the category of Sports Classes, Martial Arts Classes, yoga, dance, fitness classes. so for new data's 50 which you need to collect from cooking classes, Music Classes circus classes, film classes, climbing classes, drama classes art classes. I am wanting these list of contacts/providers for classes or courses in Edinburgh and Glasgow to start with but then later perhaps more locations if its goes well. the work should be finish in 6-7 hours. due to urgent some not delivered in right data's! I am willing spent per hour $2 or perhaps if you like fixed 20 dollar. pls do not apply if you can't deliver ontime and not happy with budget. Look forward to work with someone longterm!
