We use 2 different databases to track and pull reports on employee's time. We also have some employees who are Salary and some who are Hourly. When we pull a report for a pay period, our hourly employee's time needs to be broken down to show true overtime (How many hours > 40 worked per WEEK, not per payperiod) and the export puts the time format as "8 hrs 34 mins", and the total shows the entire pay period. For Salary employees, we don't need the OT broken down, but we need their total time in a "88.42" format.
The other database that we use only exports data as a CSV or TXT, so currently, we are copying and pasting that data for each employee, because it does break the hours out the way we need it to.
So we are looking for someone to manipulate the spreadsheet so that when we export it displays the data the way we want it to, and we can quickly and easily grab the total hours to be entered in to our payroll processing website.
