We are a builder of high quality residential apartments. Our quality assurance process includes the inspection of individual apartments and compilation of a written checklist of defects, for rectification prior to handover to the new owners.
This written checklist of defects requires copy typing into an established register, which has been created in Excel. The categories of data in the checklist correspond largely with the columns set up in the register. Some columns, such as the calculation of due dates, are formula driven and populate automatically.
Our current project consists of 136 apartments, being inspected floor-by-floor. One written checklist is compiled per apartment. Between 9 and 11 written checklists will be compiled per week from 2-3 users. These written checklists will be issued via email by COB on a Monday, to be input (copy typed) into the register. The updated register is required to be returned by COB on a Tuesday.
The programme for this work is expected to commence on 17 November 2014 and is expected to progress for around 14 weeks, with a break for Christmas.
As a part of our quality assurance process, this task is pivotal to the success of our residential construction delivery and client satisfaction. The task requires, in particular, utmost attention to detail, proficiency in MS Excel, good email communication protocols and a high level of competence in English.
All prices are to be quoted inclusive of GST, noting that payment will be made upon satisfactory completion of the week's work and upon the presentation of a valid tax invoice in accordance with Australian GST law. The successful renderer will be required to attend to registration of its ABN, if applicable.

The standard turnaround time for the bid state 3 days, however I see from the details of your bid that the information will be sent by the COB on the Monday to be returned by the Tuesday. If this is the next day then this tight turnaround time for people bidding outside of Australia, will not be possible because of the time difference however; if it's the following week then this should be fine. I am happy to discuss with you turnaround times in more detail if you are interested in my bid and I haven't just talked myself out of this bid.
