Copy - paste pictures into folders and upload them online

I will send you a link of a few sellers from an online auction website. There are about 1000 items posted for sale with 4-8 pictures in each post. I need somebody to copy and paste the pictures from the different listings into separate folders. Each folder will include a word file with a copy of the link of the listing, so when you send me all the folders I can find easily which folder corresponds for which listing /for example the first listing has 7 pictures - it goes to a folder which will include these 7 pictures plus a word file with a copy of the link, which directly leads to this listing; the second listing has 8 pictures - it will go to a second folder including these 8 picture plus the word file with the link with the listing, etc./ Also on most of these pictures there is a name with the seller store, I need the name of my store to be printed on top of each picture. Second part of the job - each listing has a price /not in $/. I will tell you how to calculate the exact price. You have to re-calculate the prices for all the listings and to add this number on the word file with the link of the original listing, plus a text that I'll give you - the text will be the same for all the listings. The final step is listing all these new folders in an online auction website. Each folder will be representing a new listing. For example the 1'st listing will be with the 7 pictures from the 1'st folder with my store name printed on each of them, with the new re-calculated price and the text I'll give you.
