We are an online fashion store for women.
This is a long term job. You will be working closely with the CEO with potential to be part of the story!
If we are happy with you, we are very likely to continue hiring you for the next 12 months or more
TIME:
Working Days Range: Mon to Fri
Working Hours Range: 7am - 7pm (GMT)
6 hours shift
2 Shifts available : 7am - 1pm and 1pm - 7pm
Please choose shift when bidding as " bids with no shift" will be ignored.
IMPORTANT: You must always be available online and ready for our next project or task during your "Working Days & Hours Range". This is because we will contact you any time via skype or email when we have a project or task for you which requires your immediate attention.
MONTHLY SALARY:
Our budget is $50 to $100
BONUS:
We appreciate good selling efforts and thus if we feel that you have greatly assisted in increasing our sales.
We pay a 13 months monthly circle salary system ( after working with us for 12 months you will get an extra month salary bonus)
TRAINING:
You will be provided 1-2 hours of online training which will familiarize you to the answers to questions that potential customers frequently ask. This short online training will also briefly explain the characteristics of the main products which you need to encourage potential customers to order. And finally show how, when, and where to Email, Live help and submit Orders as well as liase with warehouse team.
Every Monday there will be an appraisal meeting online via skype to discuss progress, ideas and strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
a.) You will be in charge of answering all emails within one hour.
b.) You will be in charge of chatting with customers on Live help.
c.) You will be charge of processing customers orders (process is simple and will be explained during training)
1) You must be excellent in English, friendly, polite and patient with absolutely great customer service.
2) You must have passion in encouraging customers to make an order (good marketing skills is an advantage).
3) You must have passion in communicating about women's fashion.
4) Customer support experience is not necessary but is an advantage (please clearly state the full details of your customer support experience)
5) You must attend to all enquiries in a timely manner.

Please note that when making your bid, your bid is the amount you are asking us to pay you for 1 month of work. For the person awarded with this job, we will trial you for 1 week first. If your service is excellent and reaching our expectations, we will very likely continue with your service for around 1-2 years or mostly likely more.
Successful person must have a Skype headset and be familiar making incoming and outgoing calls via Skype.
