Required: North American Accent and a General understanding of how web apps work. We are a web app and we are looking for customer support people to help take care of support tickets and live chat. We occasionally also have inbound phone calls. This person is required to be able to stay on a long term commitment with us. Working remotely is not a problem as long as you have stable Internet connection. Time zone: EST. 4 hours per day , 5 days a week, Sat/Sun a must. (Can be 8 hours a day for full time post, please state your preference)
