China Information Articles

A budding website about China requires content to be written on a variety of subjects. The website will be martial-arts related, so knowledge of chinese wushu is a plus, but not needed. Initially most articles are general China information. The ideal candidate would be a foreigner who has lived in China and knows the culture and how things works. Some research may be involved which may require calling around a bit, so being able speak Chinese might be helpful too. Alternatively, Chinese natives who have an understanding of how us crazy laowai see your country (including all the cultural differences and difficulties foreigners have adjusting to life here) with excellent English ability may also apply. Existing sources can be used, but must be completely re-written. Will not pay if there is any copied text. This is an initial batch of articles. More to follow in a later project. Attached is a list of some of the articles that need to be written. Ideally you would be able to contribute all of them. Required completion date is somewhat relaxed-- 30 days or so for the bulk of the articles. The articles should be interesting. A light-hearted writing style is acceptable, and actually preferred when possible, to make the articles interesting. Each article length will vary, it just needs to be long enough to get all the information across.
