ARTICLE GHOST WRITING II

I help people with credit. I have a background in real estate as a broker and I understand how loans work. I am an expert in credit. I am not a writer. I don't have time to sit down and write however I have tons of material which to share. LOTS. I have teamed up with a company "NATIONAL CREDIT REBUILDERS INC." and I want to add some articles to their public and membership website. They would own the article rights and own the author name for these articles. I am hoping that they will try to sydicate the articles into some news print. Once again my part in this is to deliver articles that pertain to real estate, credit, and loans, that is professionally written and they have all rights to modify all pieces as they see fit including the name that wrote the article. I can provide material for the articles I can provide answers should you need some claification. I can just speak into a wav file about a subject You tell me how you work and I will make it as easy as I can. I need everything done professionally and I would fire myself. This potentially could be up to 7 articles a week. Article 700-1000 words depending on topic. PLEASE SHOW WORK PREVIOUSLY DONE AND GIVE ME AN IDEA PRICING AND TURN AROUND TIME. PLEASE BID PER 7 ARTICLES. THEY MUST NOT JUST BE COPIES OF WHAT I GIVE, THEY NEED TO BE PROFESSIONALLY WRITTEN. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform OK
