Copywriters With Online Marketing Experience

I have notes, information, etc,. on online marketing that I would like summarized for our use in training or support staff on how to coach people on how to market online. Initially, I envision that we have about 200 pages that could be easily read and summarized into about 50 pages (just keep the key points and make it simple). You would definitely learn a lot by doing this project. I need a person who is already experienced with online marketing enough to be able to pick up the simple ideas of how to effectively market using PPC, Google, Affiliate Marketing, etc., and rewrite it. I have a lot of this work, but I am so busy, I would prefer to outsource it, if I can find a quality person.
