Hi,
I have reviewed your current blog and honestly speaking, it looks like the typical writing style of a project manager. Mind you it is better than most project managers as it is more down to earth and good attempts to be personable. What strikes is me is a good clean up of the grammar. There are good details, but on the same hand, maybe too much in the sense of details. If you want to make it more attractive, you will need to make it shorter, to the point, and answer "what is it in for me?"
It seems like a lot of sharing of your experience and knowledge, but light on selling your idea or thoughts. You know, convincing or influencing people. I have spent nearly a decade helping IT professionals, HR professionals, project teams, project managers reach out to different audiences. They are good at what they do, but they just aren't very good at communicating their thoughts to the masses. That is where I can help.
I think the first thing that you should do is make use of what you currently have, clear the sink so to speak before you open the tap for new ideas to come in. I am assuming you are doing this to increase your personal profile and drawn in more business or create better opportunities. Or it could be a hobby. But I would think it is the former.
I just realized I am running out of characters. And I can't put down all my thoughts. Can we PM so that I can share my thoughts and ideas. And most importantly explain the pricing? Oh, I am a former teacher, so I can teach.
