We need somebody to manage a croudfunding project (e.g. [login to view URL]) as well as the development of a Transport Simulator game in case the croudfunding project is successful. The croudfunding project does not necessarily have to fund the whole project. Your bid on this site only covers the croudfunding project, not the development of the game. If the croudfunding project fails to fund the whole project, we will pay the difference.
If you are interested in this project, please send me a private message including your price and plans for the croudfunding project, the prospective price for the development as well as any questions you may have.
## Deliverables
The player in the Transport Simulation is a courier in Europe (the game should include all major roads and cities in all countries within the European Union and some others like Switzerland or Croatia). For each country, specific rules/laws and landmarks should be contained, traffic signs should also be country-specific. These rules should be policed at randomly generated points, fines have to be paid when delivering the cargo. There will also be country-specific toll and customs (no customs between countries of the Schengen area, of course).
In the beginning, the players should own a bike, with which they can deliver small parcels and get little money, later they can get driving licenses and buy a moped, car or truck, to deliver bigger cargo faster and for more money. With a bike, moped or car, there will be more customers (they will be tagged with a * on a parking space in front of their houses), with a truck they get the most money, though. Truck drivers get jobs at forwarders. They are marked on the map with a !.
For leaving the country, it will be necessary to get a passport. We will also need an intelligent traffic and police system. Police cars designed after the real models will patrol the streets or stand at rest places next to highways or next to the road (randomly, so that the player can't predict) and will collect fines if the player breaks a law in some way (for example by speeding, not having a toll badge where this is necessary or driving on a highway with their bicycle). There should also be speed cameras next to the roads.
Living should not be for free either. Players will have to go and eat something and go to bed after some time (earlier when on the bicycle). They can do both at a hotel which the user sees as a H on the map. And the vehicles (except the bicycle) obviously need fuel which they get at service stations. There they can also repair all the vehicles.
To navigate, you have a map, which you can access by pressing M.
The game should run on Linux and Windows.
I hope I explained everything that is necessary, for more details contact me.
