Alienware Audio Issue with Driver/Software

I am having an issue with my sound driver. When i updated to Windows 10 i can no longer use my sound. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the latest driver for my Dell Alienware 17XR4. I've had this problem before and dell had to go into the device manager and do something in the backend but im not quite sure what and now im out of warranty. Dell released a statement that they would no longer support any driver updates and have said that some people used the Creative Labs Sound Blaster Recon3Di CT9570 Driver for Win8.1 Im still getting errors and no sound, anyone that has any experience with this can you see if you can help me?
