custom cocoa ui frame work needed

im working on an app in xcode however i need a themeable gui. this isnt avalable as is on mac. what i would require is a custom window class that is themeable (buttons,scroll bars, ect) im not sure how much work would be involved as im on a low budget.(im a student just starting out in the scene) the kind of themeability im hoping for is to allow the window shape and elements such as buttons and the window itself to be created by inputing images. something similar to how windows blinds themes work. any responses will be greatly appreciated. also this has to be done without hacks or tricks as the mac app store will not allow such frameworks
