Craigslist Posting (test run for ongoing relationship)

Need a quality contractor to post CL ads. Need someone with all the tools necessary to offer pricing based on 100% live ads that can reach any US city (non-pay when it comes to Jobs category) and the expertise to suggest strategy tweaks that work. Will want to do a small test run initially, but if a good working relationship blooms, the scope would quickly expand beyond a) my current offering (to CL), and b) just myself ... I have teammates who need CL ads posted for them, too.
