My vision alternatives for road design is the use of existing roads mainly in the highlands. The section from Daft to Madhu will be used as the existing road, as there is possible the maximum amount of work. Alternatives will be the development of the area from Khor Fakkan to Madhu, as in the coastal terrain is mostly flat and wide network of existing local roads. The civil 3D software is $315 / month, so curious how the whole project bid is the same. Google earth/contours no longer imports into civil 3D, so wonder what reference you're expecting in your design file. This is a very high level effort no doubt.

I have several years of working experience in GIS and Image processing, Geography, Survey, Climate change etc. I have proven working knowledge and hands on experience in almost all fields of GIS, Geometrics, Geography and geomorphology.
