Cell phone plan comparison web site

Hello, Thanks for checking my post. Here is what I want. This site is for Canadian cell phone and plan comparison. Users can choose to compare cell phone plans for Pre-Paid or Contract(2, 3years ...etc). When a user click on a specific plan, he should see all details (like air time...etc) Users can leave comments. Need a banner systems. I need to somehow see who visit the website (traffic report) The site has to be beautiful (really important) IF POSSIBLE (not required but would like to have it): save the users search results for future stat purpose (Only if it doesn't drain the website resourses) I assume you know about RSS feed and Web2.
