Designing An complete ecommerce (Magento) with logo -- 2

Hello friends, What I need: Please.......... read before you write the proposal, don't just paste. 1. As the name of the project tells. 2. Responsive every bit of it. (All devices) 3. Unlimited revisions as I am not familiar with design. 4. Logo will be the first step. 5. Must be Indian, No company or agent please, only freelance designers. Need a lots of discussion :) so please add something via which I can reach to you. and please put your best price in INR (ignore the budget I am putting so I can avoid insane people lol) with in your proposal including timeframe.
