Convert Zeplin designs to Bootstrap based XHTML / CSS 3

I need a front end dev who is: 1) A fluent english language speaker 2) Expert at Bootstrap, CSS 3, and HTML 5 There are about 6 screens in a Zeplin project ([login to view URL]).
