convert current map of the world that we have so that specific locations on the map can tagged/pinpointed. The globe must be by providing location metadata, this metadata is to be stored in the database with a user friendly administration console. Specifically, all registered users mailing address must be pinpointed on the globe. We should be able to assign color tags like the one in our globe to indicate the registered users mailing address. This application should be built to run on any database vendor using ODBC SQL calls. Both the world map and admin console is to be built using Flash and delivered as a set of SWF, Javascript and? web files. ## Deliverables our globe is similar to [login to view URL] it does not matter how you get the results we require. But the image of the map must be the same as our globe and so will the colorful tags. You can convert flash image to java or html you can to obtain the desired result. You may convert the image to vectors. You can layer the flash kaspersky like map over another globe/map with vectors to get accurate vectors. Our globe / map must be accurate and current maps that can be easily and accurately viewed as vector graphics (flash/SWF). The plan is to? be able to zoom into the regions and locations. Mathematics and interpolation will be involved as you will need to convert latitude/longitute information and represent them as pixels on the screen accurately on the map that you have chosen.
