Build a Website

Developer to create a web app that will integrate with Office 365 Developer needed to create a responsive web app that can be used within Office 365 and integrate with an organisational Office 365 Active Directory infrastructure. The project is for a school and involves students uploading files as evidence that they have completed a particular criteria. One or more admins need to be able to review student progress and approve the evidence provided. The web app will need to follow the current design of the paper-based system. This can be provided on request. We are open to any development environment, with a preference for Python. The initial database being used will be Microsoft SQL Server but the database syntax used should be standard so that the system can be moved to another database such as MySQL, etc. later on if required. Payment for each phase of the project will only be made on delivery to us of FULLY DOCUMENTED code, for ALL ELEMENTS of the project. With the documentation being within the code itself. Your bid should include examples of projects that you have created which are the same or similar to this and clearly state which technologies, including any third-party applications, tools and libraries you will be using to deliver the project ad which we may need to install in order to use the web app on our system. WE WILL NOTE ENGAGE IN SKYPE CONVERSATIONS but are happy to chat on Google chat with people who we short list. Only bids that have read the specification fully will be considered.
