Convert a Template to a Website

I am looking for a front-end developer with knowledge of ruby on rails. Our site's width was 961px now we are changing it to 970px, and that caused us to also alter the inner columns to 300px on the right (from 255px) and 640px on the left (from 660px) we just made width adjustments to make banners fit better, and of course, now that the right columns are bigger the content inside those columns should be a bit bigger, bigger thumbnails, etc. Almost all pages need to be altered on the site for this width change. You will also copy and paste the new adsense code for the new banner dimensions. Thes should be a simple task for people with strong knowledge of html, css, and front-end ruby on rails templating. You will be changing around 60 pages to the new width of 970px but most pages share common styles.
