Build CMSMS template with CSS

Hi, I am looking for someone with good CSS and CMSMS (open source CMS) experience to develop two templates for me at short notice. I need them as soon as possible. The work is easy enough, I can do it myself, but I am out of time. Artwork as psd form will be supplied, as will login to CMS. Design is fortunately simple. Please do NOT enquirre or post if you do not have good CMSMS experience and great css skills. As I said, I can do this job, so will know very quickly if all isn't right. Job needs to be done within the next 24 hours max.
