Hello. I am an internationally certified Solidworks Expert (one of +-2000 in the world), with an original Solidworks license. I currently design and program complex macro's via VBA to populate, build, and manipulate parts and assemblies (with over 7000 parts sometimes). I do most of the programing in excel environment, interfaced with user forms. The output instructions then pass into solidworks which manipulate the parts and assemblies and saves them out into specified directories with their specific manufacturing file formats and drawings. ------I would adapt my programming to read in the cloud points, parametrically formulate to your scans,------ and adjust templates to give solid models and output manufacturing data including Bill of Materials and drawings. Any other repetitive requirements will then be added to library for faster automation on following jobs. The initial setup is most time consuming, however, once setup, the fast and accurate rate of generating data is worth it. Regards, Samuel
