Using RegistryKey class in .net can do to task from 1-3. For the rest of tasks, I will define well-form xml from your description to store the available value for each module, each key of module. something like: <Moudle name="xx"> <setting name="setting1" regkey="HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Test"> <value>value1</value> .. <value>valuen</value> </setting> Reading this xml, build the UI for user to choose value then save it to registry.

I understand that the application loads some values from registry, loads a XML from a URL, and saves back by user request. I am interested in working with you. I have some questions: 1) Can you provide more information, on the XML, registry keys, and user/program workflow? It is OK after accepting the bid also. 2)Will be OK if we use WPF?
