Desktop Application Development

I need a customized desktop application as description below. Desktop application develop in Visual Studio 2008 and Ms Access for DB. Develop with .net framework 2.0 and 4.0 (code must work in both frame work and our side we not give task which work on 4.0 only. Its can be switch in compile option). When application start it first check from DB that which screen or exe load Like first time user get registration fields first name and last name If registration is completed then start application show personal details fill option. If personal details filled and application start with new window which give option register live city and next option give live city 2 then next option give current country. From DB I can change order which window is load first Example if registration completed then I change window 3 for user run app get city registration instead of personal details. That’s done. In development phase you need to share code for checking and testing purpose. We may set repo if required. Full source code at time of complete project. It’s a phase I application if you develop this then only given for next step. Bid only if start work as soon as assigned. Payment via freelancer only when you complete this desktop application. No Upfront for this project.
