Customisable control looks like AppBarButton

I want to use an AppBarButton in my project but can't get it to behave the way I want, so I need a custom button control which looks and behaves like an AppBarButton, but can be customised. - Control, with look and behavior of AppBarButton - When used in a XAML page, automatically derive look for disabled, enabled, mouseover, mousepress, mouse release states, similar to AppBarButton, from provided properties described below. - Accept standard AppBarButton Icons (Previous, Next, Play, etc) for the shape - Accept a vector graphic for resizable shape. - Property for main color (with a default) - Property for foreground color (the shape), with a default - Properties for label and tooltip (may be left blank) - Customisable Padding and Margins, from 0 upwards, with sensible defaults (eg. 15) - All the above to be done with properties which are visible in XAML design view, except for automatic states (item 2) Delivery: - In the first instance, source code for a UserControl, with dependency properties for Icon and Color will be OK, - Contractor may suggest a more tightly "packaged" delivery mode - Either way, source code will be required, of course
