C# Code to plot Text Graph

C# Code to plot Text Graph RichTextBox - I will select text. The format is below. x,y Maryland,50 Texas,30 Illinois,10 California, 120 Max length of string x = 30 y, the number could be any value. If number is high, fit it to 0 to 100 scale (%) by dividing by appropriate number. I mean if Maryland,500 Divide it by 10 to make it 50 Maryland,50000 Divide it by 1000. Divide all numbers with the same factor. Expected output is graphs (refer attachment). Please note that it shouldn't mess up formatting. If you need to set font to 'Courier New', please set the font and turn it off as needed.
