Building webpage asp.net

I need a developer expert asp.net mvc ( C# programming ) write a webpage for intranet, to do list printers in house check and detect all printers for each department . The first option a user will get is a location option. Once they select the location, they will then select the building, floor and finally a list of all printers for that floor will show up as a hyper link. Users will have the option of clicking on the hyper link to install the printer. Preferably would like to work with freelancer based in Ho Chi Minh City.
