Looking for a Betfair API that monitors the horse racing markets. Deliverable - documented C# code which provides the following functionality: 1) List currently available markets with identifiers (eg track, race number/post time). List should be sorted by expected minutes to post. 2) List currently available runners and scratches along with best price (bid/ask) 3) Provide an alert through a global event as soon as a race is off - noted: I do not need any monitoring of in play races.
