Active Directory User Creation and Exchange Mailbox Creation Component 1 -v1

Hello, Please see attached specification for a component to be used by a future program to easily create user, and mailbox properties within a Windows Active Directory environment. It would be great if the component, could be used to modify existing users, as well as create - with the option to edit, not edit, or remove and recreate users with the same username. Thanks
