The C# dll file is something I can create in under an hour. I have quite a bit of experience creating C# forms, specifically creating employee payroll and business simulation programs during my 4 years at Penn State Behrend. Likewise, the C++ executable is something I could complete in under a day. I have a fair bit of experience in creating console applications, and spent over a year of classes mastering the framework for setting them up. The major sticking point for the project is going to be accessing the dll from the C++ application. However, the starting point will be with basic HINSTANCE calls to access the proper function calls. Once the bridge is created, it will be a simple matter of having the C# code return the list-box text when the select button is pressed and output it on the command line. I am confident I could complete this project in 2 days, but feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

Hi, I would suggest using C++ to load the CLR and then this would host the .NET application DLL. Regards, Chris

There are at least 3 ways to doing this. 1. Export the method from C# DLL and calling from native C++. Require data conversion and pre-allocate memory from C++ side. 2. Using C# object directly with C++/CLI. This one is very straight forward and doesn't require any conversion at all. 3. Expose the C# class to COM interface. If it is point 1 or 2. I can deliver within a day after accepted.
