Build a Windows or Web Application in .Net

Hi. Program is not simple. I have to work hard to finish it in 10 days, but I realy want to get this job because I like to work with data and encryption. If I understood, you need some kind of data explorer with user login. Every user can access on one public folder and his own folder. I can't provide that I can write app to delete files from memory card, because I don't know where user putting in this memory card and which os read this card, but I can write program for encryption and no one can read this files from card. Only my "file explorer" with user id.
