ASP.NET Application to Send WhatsApp Bulk Message -- 2

Please note below points, 1) Ability to send bulk WhatsApp message (Text, Image, Audio and Video). 2) Ability to send Text and Image together. 3) Ability to send a message to 10K contacts (To Numbers) within one and half hour time limit at least, if we are using 500 channels (From Numbers). 4) Ability to create groups and upload the contacts there in the group. So the user can choose a group and can send message to the bulk contacts uploaded in that group. 5) Ability to upload more channels from excel sheet. Sheet will have the numbers and corresponding passwords in it. 6) Ability to upload the contacts from excel file (skip duplicate entries while uploading). 7) Ability to view and manage (add more, edit and delete) the contacts uploaded in each group. 8) Ability to filter the contacts registered in WhatsApp Organization. Show the count of the registered contacts also. So the user can then remove unregistered contacts. 9) Ability to categorize the contacts by using the country, date added etc. 10) Ability send message to individual contacts. 11) Once started the message sending process, and then show the status of the message delivery such as Start Time, End Time (once finished), Time Left, Current Processing Number, and Count etc. 12) Report to show the delivered, not delivered, opened, not opened blocked contacts. 13) Ability to filter the active contacts by using the last seen and last replied. 14) Ability to filter the active channels. Ability to filter the active and blocked channels and should have an option to delete all the blocked channels. 15) Ability to reduce the chance to get the channels blocked by the WhatsApp organization. 16) The application should be in English language. 17) Ability to add/remove contacts individually. 18) Report: Show the count of the messages delivered and failed. 19) Report: Ability to view recent activity and messages history (Message Content, Message Type, Date, Time etc.). 20) Unsubscribe facility. 21) Ability to have user sign up and login. 22) Use simple but a good design and look for the application. 23) The developer should have to provide us a demonstration of the application by sending a message to bulk (10K) numbers by using 500 channels (We will provide the required channels to test), before delivering the final product. 24) If the developer has a ready application that matches our criteria then it’s a plus. 25) The details (Pricing also if it is not free) of the API using to send message, if any. 26) The developer should deliver the application along with the full source code, at the end. 27) The application should be created by using visual studio 2010 or higher and MS SQL Server 2008. 28) The application should be a Web Application. 29) The developer should install and run the application on our VPS server at the end. We will provide the server details.
