Beside, as an electronics engineer, going through signal and system subject, I am really understandable digital filters(IIR, FIR). Which digial filters do you want to implement? I am an experienced embedded software engineer with 6 years experience. For the last 4 years, I've been developing controller applications (motor controller, pressure controller, temperature controller, also laser camera controller) so I am familiar with embedded software that runs on bare-metal. I have written code in the past to do audio sampling on an 8 bit microcontroller. The samples would be put in memory and then have a convolution algorithm run to determine the presence of audio bands... It ended up being an 8 tap FIR filter between 3 and 8 khz and worked very well. What are your needs? What type of microcontroller are you looking to use? What sampling rate?

I can try this for PIC, but I'm not sure about signal max freq and (or) max order of filter. In good case we'll achive or good filter with low freq or vice versa.

Hi, I am an Electrical Engineer and have experience and expertise in Digital filter design and their implementer in software. I did a project in which I implemented an IIR low pass filter in MSP430 for high frequency noise filtering. MATLAB can be used to get filter coefficients and it can be implemented in C code. I don't speak for my self but me work does, I have a great experience with AVR MCU because I have used them to develop some projects, My last project was reverse engineering for the play station 2 joystick using logic analyser and building a library to run on ATmega16. Aslo I'm a software architect and integrator for Valeo (automotive company - started working from Jan 2014 till now). What makes me a good candidate to this project is that i can deliver on time and with high quality and with applying all design principles I have learned from my work.
