C++ bot, AutoIT or Apple Automator script to vote on my website

I own several websites where I a have a voting system with 1 to 5 stars installalled. The voting system is based on WP PostRating plugin. I would like to have an automation script or a bot to: - Visit all pages on a given sitemap. - Check the current average voting (i.e 4.4 out of 5) at the bottom of each page - Click 4 stars in case the current average is higher than 4.6 and click 5 stars in case the average voting is below 4.5 The Script should be able to work on different websites with different designs, in case this is important. If you recommend another tool to accomplish these tasks, I am open to recommendations.
