In need to detect small objects (flying animals) on some videos files (around 500 hours splitted in files of one hour)(see example in attachement - a clip of few second with a flying object). The detection must ignore large moving part, clouds, noise but must detect small moving object (few pixels)
the result of the analysis must be result in files:
- an image contaning the successives position of the flying animal with the trajectory and the time coded in color (see example in attachement)
- a clip of the initial video for each sequence where a motion is detected
- a csv file with the coordonates of the detected object and its size for each frame (csv field must inculde trajectoID, start time, xf1,yf1,sizef1, xf2,yf2,sizef2, ...xfn,yfn,sizfen)
I need that one hour of video will be analyzed in less than 10 minutes (960x576@25fps) on my i7 (+GTX 750). There is around 50 objects crossing the filed of view per hour.
the work can be done in Matlab, c/c++, python...

Hi there! I have read what you exactly need, however I would like to ask you a few questions. I would call myself a master of what I do, I do work smart and do not rest until I get the job done. Please feel free to pin More
Hey. I can make it using OpenCV library in c++ or java. I think I need about one week for that, but here can be some additional troubles with separating big objects.
