I can build a nice propeller clock and write the needed report. The report will be edited by person with 2 proficiency degree diplomas in English (Cambridge and Michigan). An interesting idea may be to use Lasers, instead of ordinary LEDs. This will allow the projection of the digits on a surface. We can discuss the details.

By firmware, I means a software that control laser beam that is directed via oscillating mirror. This firmware also generate imae frames to be sent to PC.
