Plug-in should open a window for entering some metadata and then save currently opened pdf in SQL Server database. Some of the fileds on the form have to be databound comboboxes so the user can select item.
PDF file should be saved in blob field in database along with selected metadata.
Coding is in C++ using Adobe SDK with VS 2010.
