A Custom Bot for Twitter

I am looking for a custom bot software application for twitter, through which i can follow and unfollow twitter users. Below features i am looking in the custom bot: a) Can follow twitter users in both version of twitter [old & new][automate] b) can unfollow those twitter users, who do not follow back us[automate] c) Can post tweets[manual] d) Can send message to twitter followers[automate] e) Can support private proxy with user name and password f) Can store twitter user login info g) can gather twitter user id as per location, keywords, location with keywords h) after custom bot made, source code of software also given to me with all necessary files.
