We are US Based, native English speakers. We have been in business for 10+ years. We have done this project already for another client and will implement it for you too. Here is the description of what it does: Details: -Program will probably run via scheduled task on the server. -ID sales order records that meet criteria e.g. (Customer=ABC Company or XZY Company) and status=not sent. (ini/config file will contain list of QB customers). -Export sales order data in a specific format to a CSV. CSV's will be placed in a directory specified in a ini/config file. -Mark the sales order records so they are not sent again. Options: -auto email the csv's to the appropriate email addresses (listed with the customer name in the ini/config file) -confirm each file was sent successfully. -move the files to an archive directory after sending. -build it in a flexible way so the client can add invoices in the future. -build it in a flexible way so the client can have a unique csv format for each customer.
