Circuit board and programming

I require someone to design a circuit, the board layout and write the C code to go with it. The circuit will have a switch-mode power supply and control electronics on the same board. It is for a consumer product, so must accept 115-230V mains and have built in safety features (overvoltage/current, etc.). On the control side, you must specify which AVR microcontroller to use to control the 6 MOSFETs and receive 8 inputs. I have a rough circuit diagram, but I expect it to be improved upon and completed. The basic functions are temperature control and dc motor control. Usable board space will be about 85 x 160mm, which should be enough to fit all the components on one side. Traces can be on both sides. You can use any program you like to design the board layout, as long as the CAD file is of a standard that the manufacturer can use. As many SMT components as possible should be used. You should also specify the part numbers. More details about the circuit and a guide for the programming requirements will be given to the successful applicant. Most electronics engineers with some SMPS knowledge should find this project not very difficult. You will also probably be contacted again after submitting your work if any modifications to the code are needed. If all goes well, I would be happy to offer you other jobs in the future.
