I need a piece of Software that is more user friendly than this Excel Sheet that I have created. I have employees at a television store who are using this software to keep track of inventory and (Shipping Orders) SO tracking.
I need a program where my employees cant mess up the formulas and get lost and confused. Also some great extras to this programm would be To Integrate certain capabilities with quickbooks so when a sale occurs everything I do from there is automaticly carried out. Some things I do after Quickbooks include
Bookwork and Organization of funds by Individual Item and Vendor
Placing New Orders
Paying Specific Vendors for Televisions on Commission
Floting Money that we owe one company to reinvest in more product
and pay back at a later time.
Amount of money In profits, Retail and Cost at any given time in a given month, year week etc.
I need software that will reduce my % error and make my companies more organized and prepaired for Franchising. I am open to any ideas. There is also A bookwork Excel file that can be supplied if the job is chosen that will help give more detail to my needs.
Some of my need more in depth include:
Auto send out for Warranty Information
(Address of Sale in Quickbooks to be auto routed to a specific email if a warranty was purchased)DO not send sales recipt
To have a total Grasp of all Inventory at all locations and make it easy to enter!! 1 store manager could easy update inventory as it came in while still handling other [url removed, login to view] by Model # product code, type of product
To know how much of one shipping order we still posses at our store and how much of that same shipment we have sold.
Any information that can be re routed from qucikbooks so that the amount of information that we need to manually transfer from quickbooks to this software is limited.
We also use remote access alot although we dont hav a static IP so it can become difficult. If there was one master copy for this program there is a need to make it avalible so that all stores can keep track of there inventory from one central location EX. Store it on the internet and make remote access easier or make it a VPN.
(Currently Using TightVNC and Teamview)
Any Suggestions are more than welcome although we like quickbooks because it interacts with our bank accounts although we are open to any new ideas.
