Desktop Advertising Software

We are looking for a talented team or programmer to develop a simple advertising program. This could be considered AdWare, however users will have knowledge of and agree to have the software installed on their computer. This is not Spyware or Malware. The software will have the following qualities: - Connects remotely to website/database which controls advertisements - Compatible on all windows versions (particularly Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP, Vista and Windows 7) - Is able to analyze users current browsing status (eg. the URL that they are currently on, in at least the recent versions of FireFox and Internet Explorer) - If user is currently on URL that is loaded into the website/database the software connects to, it will generate a separate advertisement window. This window will not be blocked by pop-up blockers as it's basically a replica browser acting independently, with it's own user-agent - Will have the ability on the website to control how often users will see advertisements - Will have the abliity to control the dimension of the pop-up advertisement - Will be able to track how many current installs are running Examples of this type of software can be found on the software promoted on: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL]
