Creation of touch tablet

I seek a person for a work of long life and in which I can have great confidence. I wish that this person develop a tablet with touchscreen based on linux, and who undertakes to create and to develop all the manufacturing processes. I want that this prototype is created with lower costs. The person (or equips it) will have to find all materials, to integrate linux, I will deal with the purchase of the parts according to what the person will have shown me.
