clone a slim XML-editor

We are looking for a slim XML editor with the following features 1. Standard file functions (open, close, save as, print, etc) 2. display and edit 3. check functions 4. additional standard editor functions 5. XML Functions - insert - append - add child 6. All text elements have to be loaded from separate XML-File in any language. 7. A small translation module to type in a new language 8.
